Only deffective items or wrong orders sent by our staff may be exchanged.
However, exceptions to this policy may include situations such as incorrect sizing.
For the exchange request to be accepted here are the guidelines and procedures that must be followed:
1. The item for return or exchange must be in its original condition with tags, codes, and packaging intact. No refunds are issued for items that have been washed, damaged, or altered.
2. Orders for exchange must be within 7 days of purchase. Failure to comply with terms and conditions will result in no exchange processing.
3. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for both product returns and exchanges.
4. Please inform us of the exchange request with the reason and check the website for item availability for replacement.
5. Please note that the request to change the size is pending approval. Upon approval, you will receive an email confirming the successful size change.
6. After approval, our customer service representative will provide shipping details for returning the original order and payment details for sending the shipping fee.
7. Once the item is received and fees are confirmed, the replacement will be processed and shipped immediately
